If you read the article you will find that the company has a different address as to the one they show on their websites. It is definitely a fraud as when you google search the article there are about 8 results of the same article. One of those is a sports page. I stupidly got scammed before but I WON'T MENTION HER NAME. She moved from Noble Holdings to 1118 capital to Ambac and now to Everest/elegance
BTW Ambac and Everest has the same address in the COS center and there is another company with the same address and a near identical website.
