主要就是一些美國小型股(就是圖那張)，非美籍投資人出售時...要收10%
營業員說有買賣那些股票的人....應該是不多

美國國稅局(IRS)預告，基於美國稅法1446條修正，非美籍投資人若出售PTP類型商品，將依「交易總額」進行10%扣繳，自2023年01月01日起實施。
附圖是花旗銀行提供一個參考的受影響名單，須注意它不是一個詳盡無遺的名單，僅供參考用，我們也標出了成交量達百萬級別的標的方便檢查，像是VIXY、UVXY、KOLD都是很受歡迎的ETF。
由於是無論交易是否有賺錢都要扣繳，對於持有部位較大者可能將對收益造成影響！
有一些國內券商也暫停相關標的的申購，詳細可以跟各開戶的券商洽詢。

目前審視 均無PTP名單。
但最終仍需以美國稅務局認定為準。
